A digital photo will always appear differently from a printed photo. This is because the colors are in a different color mode, which means they are processed differently. Photos taken with a phone or camera are created in the RGB color mode, which is not the recommended mode for printing because they tend to print very dark. For this reason, we convert your RGB files to the CMYK color mode. Printers also use CMYK colors. In this process, colors are mixed together to achieve a desired tone, resulting in a more accurate final result! Due to this, the shades will never be 100% identical to a previous order, and there may always be a color difference of up to 10%.
For the production of your canvas artprint, we use latex printing: This is done with a large printer that prints on canvas using odorless latex ink. Latex ink is durable and scratch-resistant.

Because of the special attention and care we use during each step of the process – printing, cutting, sewing, and packaging – expect your order to ship 5-7 business days after you place your order.
If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to one of our depots.
There are various reasons why the order may not be delivered. The most common reasons include absence during delivery, an incorrectly provided address, or misrouting by the delivery service.
Once the returned order reaches our depot, we always send a notification by email to inform you of this. When you receive this message, it’s important to respond as soon as possible. We try to store the package for as long as possible. After seven days, the order is destroyed in the depot. By responding to the message, we can initiate a new shipping process and prevent destruction.
In cases of an incorrect delivery address or absence during delivery, we charge a delivery fee of €15 excluding VAT for resending the package. This price covers the costs of storage at the depot, processing the package, and the re-shipment.
